Every Mini Masseuse Pro Series comes with 4 self-adhesive, hypoallergenic pads (2 large, 2 small). Use the Large Pads for larger muscle groups and the Smaller Pads on small muscle groups. If you experiencing any discomfort, it is likely that the pad(s) are closer to bone than muscle; simply adjust the placement. (Keep in mind, some levels of muscle discomfort stem from knots, tension or other stresses.) Is It FDA-Approved?

Apply a few drops of water on the pads before and after usage. Cover the pads with their protective films after usage and put them back in their zip lock bags so they don't dry out.
Batteries (3 AAA, included) provide approximately 24 hours of usage.
